Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to design and own AI training curriculum and enablement materials for the enterprise AI strategy. Ford is building a new capability at the center of our enterprise AI strategy. Reporting into the Central AI Team's Director of AI Strategy, Enablement, & Workflow, the Senior Manager, Learning & Development builds and owns the curriculum, materials, and learning journeys that teach Ford employees how to work with AI and agentic tools. This role partners closely with the Workflow Redesign Lead and with functional teams to ensure training lands at the right moment in a rollout, in the right format, for the right audience — from a frontline user learning a new tool to a leader deciding how to manage a team that now works alongside AI.

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700- 268,300.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
