Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in organizational learning and development.
• 1-2+ years of classroom facilitation experience, certification preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS and ability to create, coordinate, schedule, and track training processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning and development process leadership using standards and tools.
• Facilitate planning, budgeting, and execution of annual learning plans.
• Coordinate training using the Learning Management System and maintain records.
