Job summary

Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) seeks an experienced Project Director to lead a high-profile energy infrastructure megaproject in the Texas/Houston area. You will manage cross-functional teams, contractors, procurement, and risk to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The role requires senior leadership, 10+ years in major energy projects, P&L responsibility, and strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. Expect a demanding, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Has previously acted as project director or manager with P&L responsibility on a project with a TIC of >$500MM in energy.
• Proven track record managing large engineering activities within process plants or energy projects.
• 10+ years in major projects environment with engineering/project management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive complex execution strategies across multiple centers and partners.
• Ensure project is integrated into budget and schedule.
• Direct internal and external resources to deliver on time and on budget.
• Oversee construction execution and risk management.
• Mentor junior personnel and manage cross-functional teams.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
