Job summary

Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a large energy infrastructure megaproject. You will manage contractors, long-lead procurement, risks, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.

The role requires deep sector knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to work across global teams, with emphasis on safety, quality, and value delivery for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or project management with 10 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience as project manager on a TIC > $100MM in energy sector.
• Strong leadership, communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop execution strategies to complete work on time and budget.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Controls, and Supply Chain partners.
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, and risk management across multi-site teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external contractors to meet project goals.
• Review performance against the project schedule and adjust as needed.
• Direct resources to deliver on schedule and on budget.
• Mentor junior team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
