Job summary

Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) seeks an experienced ILS Project Director to lead a major energy infrastructure megaproject in Texas. You will manage contractors, long-lead procurement, risks, and stakeholder engagement to deliver safely on time and within budget.

This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and analytical skills, proven PM capabilities, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction or project management with 15+ years of experience.
• 10+ years in Major Projects with TIC > $500M in energy sector.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct project execution across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Manage contractors, schedules, costs, and risk to deliver on time and on budget.
• Mentor team members and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and report to senior management.
