Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major energy infrastructure megaproject. You will drive execution, manage contractors and long lead procurement, mitigate risks, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a leadership role within the ILS Project Team. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in major energy or infrastructure projects, with P&L responsibility and strong experience in project controls, scheduling, and

Qualifications

• Experience as project director/manager with P&L responsibilities on TIC > $500MM in energy.
• Proven track record in managing large process plant projects.
• Mentoring junior project team members.
• Strong leadership and communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive execution of a large energy infrastructure megaproject.
• Oversee contractors, procurement, and risk mitigation.
• Manage stakeholders and align engineering, procurement and construction.
• Ensure project is completed on time and within budget.
