Job summary

Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions (ILS) is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a large energy infrastructure megaproject. The role focuses on strategic execution, contractor management, and long-lead procurement, with a strong emphasis on risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in major project environments within energy or infrastructure, with a proven track record in managing P&L and complex engineering activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or Project Management, or equivalent with 15 years of relevant job experience.
• Prior project director/manager experience with TIC >$500MM in energy, preferably power generation.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities on large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Tallgrass project team across multiple centers and contractors.
• Develop overall Engineering and Design Execution Strategy and construction plans.
• Drive procurement, contracting, cost control, and schedule management to meet targets.
• Oversee risk management, change control, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure project execution aligns with budget and schedule across global execution centers.
