Job summary

Block, Inc. is seeking a Global Enablement Program Manager to bring Afterpay and Cash App value propositions to life through our go-to-market teams.

You will own the enablement and training strategy globally, partnering with Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success to educate, support, and grow our teams. This is a regional-to-global role focused on North America, the UK and APAC, requiring building scalable programs, AI-enabled tools, and a measurable impact on sales performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales training, enablement, or related field.
• Strong learning methodologies and facilitation skills for a sales team.
• AI-fluent with proven ability to scale programs using AI tools.
• Experience working within sales organizations.
• Proven ability to manage a project from inception to completion.
• Experience measuring impact of L&D on sales performance.
• Experience delivering trainings across in-person, virtual, and on-demand platforms.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and understand global sales needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop global enablement and training strategy.
• Educate teams on core value propositions and product launches.
• Collaborate with revenue leadership to improve sales skills programs.
• Scale globally while tailoring to regional market needs.
• Create and maintain internal content platforms.
• Communicate updates via emails and live presentations.
• Partner with GTM content and other functions to maximize engagement.
