Job summary

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to manage end-to-end case management and investigations, partnering with COE, GEL, and HRBPs across the global organization.

You will advise managers on performance and conduct issues, interpret policies, and help drive continuous improvement in processes while maintaining strong compliance. Some travel is required as part of partnership and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of employee relations experience, preferably with global exposure.
• Experience leading investigations involving retaliation, harassment, or policy violations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as interface to COE, GEL, HRBPs and non-HR departments to elevate inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end employee relations case management and investigations from intake to closure.
• Provide guidance on company policies and corrective actions per findings.
• Support training and guidance for HR and managers on processes and policies.
• Track metrics on case resolutions, satisfaction, and performance trends.
