Job summary

Ralliant seeks an Employee Relations Partner to join our Global Employee Relations COE. You will lead sensitive investigations, advise HR partners and leaders, and ensure compliance with policies and laws across the Americas.

You will collaborate with legal, Compliance, and business teams to foster a fair, compliant, and constructive workplace culture while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years in HR with 4+ years in Employee Relations and 3+ years conducting workplace investigations.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations issues and mentoring managers.
• Consultative advice on high-risk ER matters, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support investigations into potential policy or conduct violations with impartiality and confidentiality.
• Manage investigations within the COE, analyze data, document via case management system.
• Analyze trends to refine policies, improve processes, and enhance training.
• Advise on complex workplace practices and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and ADA processes.
• Lead and support ER projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with HR, COEs, Compliance, legal, and business leaders to promote best practices.
• Address sensitive concerns with professionalism, empathy, and customer-focused approach.
