Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager with HR Business Partner expertise to lead employee relations for key business units across the United States. You will foster a positive organizational culture and strengthen people management capabilities through training, coaching, and workforce analytics.

You will lead workplace investigations-including complex, high-risk cases-in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and business leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR including 5+ years in employee relations
• Proven track record reducing ER incidents and improving manager performance
• Strong investigative, analytical, and reporting skills
• Deep knowledge of employment law, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation
• Exceptional communication across formats with professionalism
• High emotional intelligence and credibility with senior leaders
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion
• On-site work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ five days a week
• Willingness to travel for training, investigations, or events

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations and provide clear, defensible reports
• Partner with Legal, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Compensation on high-risk matters
• Coach managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and restructuring
• Design and deliver manager training and coaching programs
• Monitor HR analytics, track trends, and drive prevention programs
• Support culture initiatives and HR processes across locations
