Job summary

Abbott Park, IL-based Employee Relations Manager role within CHR Corporate Human Resources. You will oversee ER cases, performance management, and investigations across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, providing expert consultative support to managers and HR functions to ensure policy compliance.

You’ll lead ER projects, monitor metrics, and align ER practices with local laws while collaborating with legal, security, and business leaders to deliver effective, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Expert in HR regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Experience leading employee relations in a global, Fortune 200 environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex ER issues and investigations.
