Abbott Park, IL is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to provide a single point of contact for accessible ER services across the organization. The role emphasizes confidentiality and policy compliance, handling Tier 1 cases with Tier 2 support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2+ years in corporate HR, strong communication skills, and experience with HR systems like Workday and Salesforce, with bilingual EN/ES being a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-2+ years’ experience within a corporate HR environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work confidentially and professionally with all levels of employees.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel, Workday (or other system of record experience highly preferred), Salesforce (or other CRM experience highly preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide a single point of contact for Employee Relations services.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
• Assist investigations related to Employee Relations issues.
• Maintain confidential ER data in systems and paper files.
• Manage Tier 1 cases independently and Tier 2 with manager guidance.
• Meet defined ER service levels and contribute to projects as required.
