Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or higher in HR, labor relations, industrial relations, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with employee and labor relations responsibilities.
• Experience advising leaders on complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and labor law; able to partner on country-specific laws.
• Experience in union and non-union environments, including grievance handling and bargaining support.
• Experience handling government agency charges, complaints, investigations, audits, or similar matters.
• People leadership experience and executive-level communication skills.

• Lead and develop a team of employee relations professionals; set priorities and ensure high-quality service.
• Provide counsel to senior leaders and HR partners on complex employee relations matters and climate.
• Oversee investigations, corrective actions, and conduct matters ensuring rigor and confidentiality.
• Coach site leadership and HR partners to maintain a positive work environment and culture.
• Analyze trends, case data, and root causes to strengthen trust and workplace climate.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and align with company values and policies.
• Build a global network of ER/LR partners, standards, tools, and capabilities.
