Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an Executive Talent Partner to lead Director and Senior Director searches across multiple businesses and geographies. You’ll partner with senior leaders, develop market maps and talent intelligence, and drive executive assessment and candidate insights.

The role focuses on two to three core areas such as Supply Chain, R&D, Technology, Commercial or Marketing, with a high-touch, consultative approach and strong stakeholder credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting at Director level.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment fundamentals.
• Confidence engaging senior business leaders at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Director and Senior Director appointments.
• Develop, drive and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Build search strategies and candidate profiles across core talent markets.
• Conduct structured interviews and executive assessments; advise on selections.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards and HR on compensation and onboarding.
