Job summary

SC Johnson in the United States is seeking a Director, Global Employee and Labor Relations to lead the function and align employee relations with our values and business priorities. You will build a globally consistent support model, coach a team of ER professionals, and provide senior‑level counsel to leaders across operations.

You will oversee investigations, risk assessment, and strategic labor relations activities, partner with field HR and site leadership, and ensure compliance with laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with employee and labor relations responsibility.
• Experience advising leaders and managing sensitive investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop globally focused employee and labor relations strategy and governance.
• Lead and develop ER professionals; provide guidance to senior leaders.
• Oversee investigations, risk assessment, and workplace conduct matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and alignment with company values.
