Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management, PMO, business ops, or employee experience operations, incl. 2+ years owning multi-program portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Culture Operating Plan across all culture lanes and track milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Run the Culture PMO with standardized practices and the Culture SharePoint hub.
• Own the Culture budget and forecast with monthly finance collaboration.
• Manage vendor contracts and renewals in partnership with Procurement.
• Lead Company Kick‑Off activations and cross‑functional coordination.
• Oversee weekly Employee Experience cadence with EE PMs and escalate as needed.
• Manage end‑to‑end annual compliance training program.
