Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced Manager, Global Employee Experience PM to act as the operating engine of our Culture & People Experience team. You will lead Culture Operations & PMO, including the operating plan, budget, vendor contracts, and cross‑functional program cadence to deliver initiatives on time and on budget.

This individual contributor role spans global portfolio including Company Kick-Off, NHO, recognition, onboarding, compliance training, and site experience across offices,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management, PMO, or employee experience operations.
• Proven track record building/running a PMO or program portfolio with governance cadences.
• Experience owning a department budget, forecasting monthly with Finance, and managing spend.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Culture Operating Plan across Signature Moments, Recognition, Onboarding and Site Experience.
• Run the Culture PMO and standardize practices, drive adoption of Monday.com, maintain SharePoint hub.
• Own culture budget and forecast end-to-end with monthly finance cadence.
• Manage vendor contracts and renewals with Procurement.
• Lead Company Kick-Off activations with cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee weekly Employee Experience cadence for EE Program Managers without direct reports.
• Own end-to-end project management for annual compliance training.
