The role blends project management, program execution, operational excellence, and employee experience, ensuring scalable processes while partnering across teams to deliver a smooth onboarding and growth experience for employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management, PMO, or employee experience operations.
• Experience owning a multi-program portfolio and governance cadences.
• Experience owning a department budget, monthly forecasting with Finance, and spend management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Culture Operating Plan acrossSignature Moments, Recognition, Onboarding, Axon Aid, and Site Experience.
• Run the Culture PMO and drive adoption of Monday.com; maintain the Culture SharePoint hub.
• Own the Culture budget end-to-end with monthly forecasting.
• Manage vendor contracts and renewals in partnership with Procurement.
• Lead the Company Kick-Off activations and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee the Employee Experience operating cadence with EE Program Managers; no direct reports.
• Own end-to-end project management for annual compliance training.
