The Weather Company is seeking an energetic Employee Experience Coordinator to cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and connected culture. You will drive the employee engagement strategy, manage global surveys, lead recognition programs, plan company-wide events, coordinate intern programs, and support learning & development initiatives.

This role bridges strategy and execution, blending program management, survey analytics, internal communications, and event logistics to create an extraordinary

Competenze

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in Employee Experience, Workplace Operations, Internal Communications, Event Management, or HR Coordination.
• Experience partnering with HR, EAs, Communications, L&D, and Facilities.
• Hands-on with employee engagement platforms, with Culture Amp preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead Recognition & Culture Programs, including The Weather Way Awards and Kultur initiatives.
• Manage Global Employee Engagement Survey lifecycle in Culture Amp; report for Lines of Business and leadership.
• Plan and execute high-impact employee events, town halls, and offsites; support intern programs.
• Provide operational support for L&D program logistics, training rollouts, and workshops.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and EAs for scheduling and event coordination.
