Job summary

HighLevel is hiring an Employee Experience & Internal Events Lead to design and deliver programs, communications, and experiences that strengthen connection, recognition, and culture across a global, remote-first workforce. You will own the employee experience portfolio, including flagship internal events, recognition, gifting, and campaigns, and translate ideas into high-quality execution.

This senior, hands-on role requires leading strategy, planning, vendor management, budgets, and delivery,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in employee engagement or related field.
• Hands-on operator with ability to execute end-to-end events.
• Proven experience leading multi-day corporate events.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Global mindset and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the Employee Experience portfolio and flagship internal events.
• Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for large-scale internal events with agencies and vendors.
• Draft clear employee communications and capture the story of HighLevel’s culture.
• Collaborate across Internal Communications, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People Operations.
• Build repeatable playbooks and use AI/automation to improve planning and delivery.
