Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Emissions Sales Leader to protect and grow emissions-related business by developing strategic relationships across the global ecosystem. You will serve as the primary commercial owner for key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and expand participation across emissions applications.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, technical aptitude, and the ability to work across engineering, product strategy, and operations. Remote in Michigan with up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
• 7+ years of experience in automotive/emissions/aftertreatment or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial owner for key global emissions accounts and develop growth strategies.
• Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and emissions system partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing strategies; support long-term contracts.
• Maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline and accurate opportunity management in Salesforce.
