3M is seeking a Global Emissions Sales Leader to protect and grow its emissions-related business worldwide. You will own the emissions market segment, develop strategies with key customers and ecosystem partners, and expand opportunities across programs and technologies.

Remote in Michigan with up to 40% travel. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in automotive/emissions or related sectors, plus strong negotiation and technical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified before start.
• Seven years of experience in automotive/commercial vehicle, emissions, aftertreatment, engine systems or related fields.
• Experience building strategic customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary commercial owner for key global emissions accounts and drive growth.
• Build relationships across emissions ecosystem including OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality, manufacturing and executives.
• Identify opportunities, pursue growth, and manage specification activity.
• Create and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline and use Salesforce for management.
