Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Manager for Electromechanical actuators and motors to drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience across programs. You will own end-to-end sourcing, lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, and partner with engineering to shape technical specs and supplier capabilities.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8+ years in electromechanical commodity management, and the ability to travel up to 50% with onsite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management of electromechanical manufacturing of actuators/motors, and/or sourcing engineering.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commodity strategies for electromechanical actuators and motors.
  • Ensure delivery of quality parts at the right cost.
  • Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing for electromechanical commodities.
  • Own relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to influence design specs and manufacturing requirements.
