Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Manager, Electrical to own cables/harness commodity strategy and supplier partnerships. You will collaborate with engineering and contract manufacturers to influence design specs, ensure continuity of supply, and drive cost and quality improvements across programs.

The role requires 8+ years in commodity management, willingness to travel up to 50%, and relocation to Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management of cables/harness/connectors/capacitors manufacturing, and/or sourcing engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity strategies for cables/harness focusing on cost reduction, quality, and resilience.
• Own end-to-end delivery of quality parts at the right cost.
• Lead RFx processes and strategic sourcing for cables/harness.
