Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• 12+ years in manufacturing or design engineering with precision components.
• Proven track record driving technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Experience delivering electromechanical hardware (actuators, robotics) in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise establishing manufacturing environments, MBOM, MES, RCCA for actuators.
• Proficient with Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Hands-on hardware manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI initiatives for precision actuators from prototype to production.
• Provide feedback for DFM/DFA of actuator components and systems.
• Design and oversee tooling, jigs, and fixtures for actuator assembly and testing.
• Optimize process flows for complex actuator assemblies including bearing, gear, sensor, and seal operations.
• Define and implement MBOM and routings in MES/ERP for actuator sub-assemblies.
• Develop and standardize manufacturing documentation and QC plans.
• Create test methodologies for torque, speed, precision, and environmental testing.
• Mentor engineers and technicians during builds, troubleshooting, and validation.
