Job summary

MGC Diagnostics is seeking an experienced EHS leader to drive environmental health and safety programs across our operations. The role focuses on development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS systems, training, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee audits, reporting, and sustainability initiatives while leading a team to maintain ISO 14001:2015 certification and ensure safe, compliant operations at production facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, industrial hygiene, safety, chemical, civil, or mechanical engineering preferred.
• CPR, AED, First Aid certification required.
• Ability to use analytical tools to identify and drive improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Training and EHS teams across sites.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs in line with regulations.
• Oversee ISO 14001:2015 EMS implementation and certification efforts.
• Manage permits, reports (air, water, SPCC, storm water), and risk assessments.
• Provide KPI reporting to Executive leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align EHS with company goals and values.
• Travel up to 10% annually, including some international travel.
