MSA, The Safety Company in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Global Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to develop and maintain a comprehensive EHS management system for field service, repair, and training teams worldwide.

You will conduct risk assessments, track KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, deliver training, and drive sustainable initiatives across multiple locations with 20–30% travel.

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in EHS, Occupational Health, Environmental Management or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with federal and state regulations; ability to interpret requirements.
  • OSHA 30 Hour and professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a global EHS management system for field service, repair and training teams.
  • Conduct safety risk assessments, investigations, inspections, and document findings.
  • Track health and safety metrics, incidents, and KPI trends; develop risk reduction measures.
  • Coordinate waste management, SDS control, and regulatory compliance across regions.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and maintenance of life safety systems.
  • Deliver EHS training and maintain documentation and matrices.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives: waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation.
  • Engage leadership to push EHS culture, compliance, and performance improvements.
