MSA Safety is seeking an entry- to mid-level Global Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to develop and maintain a comprehensive EHS management system across multiple regions. You will conduct risk assessments, investigations, training, and audits while ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainability efforts. The role requires travel 20-30% and collaboration across sites.

Ideal candidates have a B.S. in EHS or related field, 0–3 years of experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Entry level position for EHS with a B.S. in a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience preferred (Level I).
• Ability to travel 20–30% globally.
• Strong ability to read and interpret federal and state regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain an EHS management system across multiple regions.
• Conduct workplace safety risk assessments, investigations, and inspections.
• Track health and safety metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate waste management and hazardous material compliance.
• Support training, audits, and regulatory communications.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment.
