Job summary

MGC Diagnostics is seeking a seasoned EHS leader to join the operations team, driving best practices in Training, Environmental Health and Safety, and industrial hygiene across manufacturing and distribution sites.

You will oversee compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; lead ISO 14001 programs; mentor teams; manage KPI reporting; and advance sustainability initiatives to reduce energy use and waste.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EH&S, manufacturing process knowledge or consulting with emphasis on textile/manufacturing compliance.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• CPR, AED, First Aid certifications current.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to use analytical tools to identify and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Training and EHS teams.
• Develop and sustain EHS objectives and procedures aligned with regulations and company goals.
• Manage KPI reporting and present analyses to Executive leadership.
• Maintain environmental permits and submit reports to regulators (air, water, wastewater, SARA Tier II).
• Lead ISO 14001:2015 EMS implementation and certification efforts at two plants.
• Drive sustainability projects to reduce energy use, GHG, and waste.
