Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, EHS Quality Assurance, Global, to translate global standards into field-ready requirements and drive an enterprise assurance program. You will partner with Standards & Governance to implement measurable controls and lead regional EHS teams worldwide.

The role emphasizes audits, performance analysis, and continuous improvement within a matrix organization, with up to 10% travel and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field; coursework in risk management or safety preferred.
• BCSP certification (OHST/CHST/ASP/CSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize global EHS programs; align with regional leaders.
• Lead audits, assessments and performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build a unified global assurance framework with standardized frameworks and scoring models.
• Monitor closure of audit findings and drive continuous improvement across regions.
• Collaborate with data analytics to create dashboards for performance monitoring.
