Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an EHS Global Audit Program Manager to lead the design and maintenance of our global audit and assurance program. You will coordinate audits, maintain tools, track corrective actions, and drive improvements across facilities, data centers, and suppliers.

You will partner with EHS, operations, security, engineering, and the People Team; travel as needed; require a bachelor’s in a related field and about five years of EHS experience; ISO 14001/45001 familiarity; experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, occupational health, environmental science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately five or more years of EHS experience in technical, industrial, construction, data center, or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and applicable environmental regulations; international/local familiarity preferred.
• Experience conducting or coordinating EHS compliance, management-system, or supplier audits.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier, internal, ISO, and EHS compliance audits.
• Maintain audit protocols, procedures, checklists, templates, and reporting tools.
• Document audit findings and monitor corrective actions through closure.
• Analyze results and prepare dashboards, summaries, and recommendations.
• Escalate significant findings to EHS leadership and partner with technology teams to improve workflows.
