Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an EHS Global Audit Program Manager to lead its global audit and assurance program within a mission-critical environment. You will coordinate supplier and internal audits, maintain protocols, and drive corrective actions across multiple teams including EHS, Data Center Operations, Security, and Engineering.

You will analyze results, develop dashboards, and present findings to leadership, while supporting training and continuous improvement initiatives. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, occupational health, environmental science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in technical, industrial, construction, data center, or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and applicable environmental regulations; international/local frameworks preferred.
• Experience in conducting or coordinating EHS compliance, management-system, or supplier audits.
• Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Able to independently manage defined programs and complex assignments within an established strategy and governance framework.
• Skilled at collecting, reviewing, and presenting audit data through reports, dashboards, and other performance indicators.
• Willing and able to travel as needed to support supplier and internal audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned supplier, internal, ISO, and EHS compliance audits.
• Maintain audit protocols, procedures, checklists, templates, and reporting tools.
• Document audit findings and monitor corrective actions through closure.
• Analyze results and prepare dashboards, summaries, and recommendations.
• Escalate significant, recurring, or overdue findings to EHS leadership.
• Partner with EHS technology teams to improve audit workflows and reporting.
• Support audit training, change management, continuous improvement, and EHS due diligence.
