Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking an EHS Program Manager to coordinate and drive execution across the A&E portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role, eligible for remote work, will translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, set timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability across multiple initiatives with the global EHS team.

The position requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and expertise in project management tools such as ClickUp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field required.
• 5+ years in project/program/portfolio management, with cross-functional experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive execution across A&E initiatives and roadmaps.
• Facilitate workstream reviews, track actions, and escalate risks to leadership.
• Administer project management software, templates, dashboards, and automation.
