Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a senior leader to build and lead fleetwide reliability and technical assurance. The role sets global standards, drives risk-based assurance, and translates incidents into durable improvements across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will shape the function with executive sponsorship, own budget, and a direct team, reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, with travel up to 30–40%.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in mission-critical operations or similar high-reliability environment.
• Experience leading reliability and assurance programs across a complex fleet.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and automation environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish fleetwide reliability baseline and risk model.
• Lead technical assurance, inspections, and critical control verification.
• Drive corrective action and closed-loop learning from incidents and near misses.
• Foster transparent reporting and accountability across regions.
• Develop roadmap for drift detection and telemetry requirements.
• Establish executive-level reporting and governance for standards and risk.
