Job summary

Oracle seeks a senior EHS leader to architect and own the global Environmental, Health & Safety management system across corporate real estate and data center operations. You will set standards, risk framework, and an assurance program used across regions, reporting to the VP Global EHS.

Expect significant cross-regional authority and executive governance engagement. The role requires 15+ years in global EHS leadership, deep ISO 45001/14001 expertise, and proven ability to drive enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive EHS leadership with global scope.
• Experience building enterprise EHS systems aligned to ISO 45001/14001.
• Field experience in hyperscale data centers or large construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of global EHS standards and system.
• Own enterprise risk framework and SIF prevention architecture.
• Design and oversee global audit and assurance programs.
• Coordinate cross-regional leadership and governance forums.
• Shape EHS performance metrics and executive reporting.
