Job summary

Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner company seeks a Vice President, Global EHS based in the United States. This executive leads global EHS programs across a large manufacturing organization, shaping policies, governance, training, and accountability.

You will drive sustainability initiatives, promote a proactive safety culture, and collaborate with regional leaders, customers, and safety professionals. International travel to the Americas and Europe is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 15+ years of management or supervisory experience in regional or global manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in global manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of international EHS requirements (Americas & Europe).
• Experience implementing OSHA and global safety regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001.
• Ability to lead diverse teams in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work remotely from the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive enterprise-wide EHS strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and improve EHS policies, governance, training, and accountability models.
• Promote proactive safety culture across global operations.
• Define objectives, KPIs, and reporting for safety and sustainability.
• Coordinate executive engagement on EHS and sustainability priorities.
