Job summary

Oracle seeks a senior EHS leader to architect and own the global Environmental, Health & Safety management system, spanning corporate real estate and data center programs. This is a global enterprise role with cross-regional authority and direct interaction with regional EHS directors and senior leadership.

Based in the United States with up to 50% travel, you will drive standards, governance, audits, incident learning, and performance reporting, reporting to the VP, Global EHS.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience across regions.
• Experience building enterprise EHS management systems aligned to ISO 45001/ISO 14001.
• Field experience in large-scale data centers or high-hazard environments.
• Leadership of enterprise audit & assurance programs; ISO lead auditor a plus.
• Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis expertise.
• Data-driven program management and executive-level reporting.
• Executive communication and influence across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and continuously improve the globally harmonized EHS management system.
• Own enterprise EHS standards library and governance processes.
• Lead the global EHS audit and assurance program and cross-regional coordination.
• Oversee incident learning, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Own performance framework and data architecture for executive reporting.
• Shape the enterprise EHS technology roadmap and data standards.
• Represent EHS in governance forums and with senior leadership.
