Job summary

Ada Infrastructure seeks an experienced EHS Manager to support the design, construction, and operation of US facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability. You will lead global EHS policy implementation while aligning with local regulations and best practices.

You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to foster a proactive safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and manage incidents across data centers and critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in EHS with leadership experience.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills across teams.
• Experience with contractor safety programs and EHS software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop local EHS policies and procedures aligned with global standards.
• Conduct hazard analyses, risk assessments, and site inspections.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor EHS metrics and report to leadership with recommendations.
• Integrate EHS into design reviews for safety in project_phases.
