Job summary

Salute is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead on-site programs at our data center. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA standards and partner with client teams to align safety practices.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in safety management, OSHA 30-hour, BCSP/NASP or similar certifications, and proven ability to develop site-specific safety plans and training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related field acceptable.
• OSHA/ NFPA regulatory knowledge required.
• Safety certifications (BCSP/NASP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and update site-specific Safety Plans.
• Develop, implement and update Emergency Action Plans.
• Support EHS submissions for customer RFQs.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain environmental permits/programs and track compliance.
• Provide periodic sustainability reporting to site manager and client.
