Job summary

Meta is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Lead to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. The role partners with the global EHS team and local site management to ensure safety and compliance across facilities.

Lead incident investigations, manage EHS programs and interact with diverse vendors to uphold standards. The position requires extensive EHS experience and a BS in safety-related fields, with BCSP certification preferred and a strong focus on AI-enabled safety practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or health sciences or related field.
• Experience in EHS program management and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and company health, safety and environmental policies, including records and documentation.
• Provide functional direction to contracted services and grow cross-functional site relationships.
• Partner with vendors to uphold EHS requirements on site and develop global standards.
• Develop site-based plans for implementing and managing global EHS standards.
• Support incident investigations, root cause analyses and injury case management.
• Maintain operational safety programs and review risk mitigation plans.
