Job summary

Ada Infrastructure in the United States seeks an experienced EHS Manager to support the design, construction, and operations of US-based data center facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability.

You will lead the implementation of global EHS policies, align with local regulations, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster a proactive safety culture that emphasizes care and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in EHS role, with prior managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with contractor safety programs.
• Proficiency in EHS management software, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global company standards.
• Conduct hazard analyses, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify potential safety concerns.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies specific to construction and operations risks.
• Establish a proactive safety culture and promote continuous improvement in EHS performance in the region.
• Investigate and document workplace incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with EHS regulations and industry standards specific to construction and data centers.
• Organize safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Track, analyze, and report on EHS metrics to monitor safety performance.
