Job summary

Ada Infrastructure is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for US-based facilities to drive safety, compliance, and reliability across data centers. You will implement global EHS policies locally, lead risk assessments, and coordinate with engineering and construction teams.

You will mentor teams, manage incident investigations, monitor metrics, train staff, and ensure regulatory alignment with OSHA, NFPA, ISO standards.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in an EHS role, with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in data centers, critical facilities, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with contractor safety programs and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local EHS policies aligned with global standards.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ISO 45001/14001 and related standards.
• Organize and deliver safety training for employees and contractors.
• Monitor, analyze, and report EHS metrics to leadership.
