Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety across a Bristol, VA site. You will lead the Global WHS Program, conduct risk assessments, analyze incidents, and drive improvements in safety culture while partnering with Operations leadership to maintain productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global WHS Program implementation and safety initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data.
• Drive safety compliance, site audits, and incident trend analysis.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
