Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager in Virginia Beach to lead a comprehensive safety program and partner with Operations to weave safety into daily work. You will build a high-performing WHS team, drive risk assessments, and use data analytics to deliver preventive safety measures that protect associates and improve productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in EHS and people management, with a Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.
