Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to champion safety and drive operational excellence across the site. The role blends hands-on safety management with strategic leadership of the Global WHS Program implementation, improving associate well-being and safety culture.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, lead audits, and manage the first aid and emergency response programs, collaborating with Operations leaders to balance safety with productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service ops.
• 3+ years in people/performance management, or 2+ years Amazon Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WHS program implementation and safety leadership at the site.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and implement solutions.
• Lead safety compliance, audits, and incident-trend analysis.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities.
• Engage associates and partner with Operations leadership to drive safety culture.
