Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health and safety or related field; 3+ years of people management.
• Experience managing a team and leading WHS programs; 3+ years in WHS or environmental programs.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and ability to influence site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and safety initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage our first aid program, emergency response, and site safety audits.
