Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager for Windsor, CT. This role leads a comprehensive safety program, partnering with Operations to weave safety into daily operations and drive data-driven improvements.

You will build a high-performing WHS team and champion a culture of continuous improvement in safety excellence. You will oversee risk assessments, audits, and training programs, leveraging analytics to reduce risk while maintaining operational productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.
