Veronica Beard seeks an entrepreneurial, data-driven leader to build and scale our international ecommerce business outside North America. You will drive international P&L, shape global site experience, merchandising, operations and local marketing to grow profitability across markets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic vision, and execution across localization, pricing, promotions, and partnerships, ensuring a consistent brand story globally and strong regional performance.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in ecommerce with proven international growth.
• Experience with localization and cross-border operations.
• Fluent in English and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead international ecommerce strategy and P&L outside North America.
• Localize site experience through merchandising, pricing, and content.
• Collaborate with marketing, SEO, paid media for regional campaigns.
• Align HQ with international teams on brand storytelling.
• Optimize cross-border fulfillment, payments, and compliance.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities.
