BABYBOO is seeking a Senior Trade & Merchandising Manager to lead our digital trading strategy and optimize the customer shopping experience across markets. You will own the ecommerce trading calendar and merchandising execution, driving revenue, conversions and AOV while balancing short-term gains with long-term growth.

This strategic leader will work cross-functionally with Planning, Product, Marketing and CRM, building scalable processes and mentoring a high-performing team to sustain global

Qualifications

• Experience in Ecommerce Trading and Digital Merchandising within fashion or high-growth ecommerce.
• Strong leadership with ability to build and mentor teams across functions.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable trading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute BABYBOO's global ecommerce trading strategy to maximise revenue, conversion and profitability across all markets.
• Develop and manage the ecommerce trading calendar, aligning product launches, campaigns and promotional activity with commercial objectives.
• Lead the onsite merchandising strategy, optimising navigation, product discovery, search, collections and customer journeys.
• Analyse trading performance, customer behaviour and product trends to identify growth opportunities and drive data-led decisions.
• Partner with Planning and Product teams to optimise inventory productivity, maximise full-price sell-through and support forecasting.
• Lead the execution of promotional campaigns and key trading events, ensuring flawless delivery across all digital channels.
• Build reporting frameworks and champion a test-and-learn approach to continually improve ecommerce performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Trade & Merchandising team while collaborating cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Creative, Product and Planning teams.
